Welcome to London Instant Print. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with us. We are a printing company offering services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2 Use of Our Website

By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in any manner that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Upload or submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who breaches these conditions.

3 Placing an Order

All orders placed through our website represent an offer to purchase our products. An order is accepted only after we send you a confirmation email.
To place an order:

• All orders are subject to artwork approval by our pre-press team
• Production only begins after your artwork is approved and payment has been received

4 Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed order prices will remain fixed
• Full payment is required before production begins
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal
• Card details are never stored on our systems; all payments are processed securely

5 Artwork & Files

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork. Our 30-point artwork check reviews technical aspects of your files but does not cover spelling, grammar, or design accuracy.
Requirements:

• Files must meet specified dimensions and include correct bleed
• Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, and high-resolution JPEG/PNG
• Minimum resolution: 300 DPI at print size
• Colours should be set to CMYK; RGB files will be converted, and slight colour variations may occur

6 Production & Turnaround

Production times commence only after artwork approval and payment clearance.

• Turnaround times are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing
• Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed the same working day
• Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays

7 Delivery

We provide free next-day delivery for all orders to mainland UK addresses.

• Deliveries are carried out by our courier partners, Monday to Friday
• Delivery addresses must be in mainland UK; surcharges may apply for the Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once your order has been dispatched

8 Quality & Colour Variance

We produce all print to industry-standard tolerances. Please note:

• A colour variance of up to ±15% from screen previews is considered acceptable and is not a defect
• Minor variations in cutting, folding, and finishing (up to ±2 mm) are standard in the printing industry

9 Returns, Reprints & Complaints

As all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or significantly different from what was ordered

• Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence
• If a fault is deemed to be our responsibility, we will provide a reprint or credit at our discretion

10 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is owned by or licensed to London Instant Print Ltd and is protected under UK and international copyright law.
By submitting artwork for printing, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce your artwork solely for fulfilling your order

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill
• Losses caused by courier delays
• Errors arising from approved artwork

12 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
